Fearfully & wonderfully made

I wake up much the same this morning as I do in previous mornings, glory to God. My only problem is it's 4:30 am and not 5:30am as it supposed to be; You see, since the clocks changed from BST to GMT (UK) my body clock still thinks it's BST, and only a reprogramming over the next few months will convince it otherwise.

This got me thinking that God is an awesome architect, and is quite intricate in how we are made. Now I don't know the full biology of our make up but I do know that we are made to sync and function with the rhythm of nature.

I love how David summarised the matter in Psalm 139 where he said, " I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are your works; and that my soul knows full well."
